Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur St Andrews Seafoods cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Delivery and Returns
St Andrews Seafoods returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be accepted. Some items such as fresh seafoods are highly perishable and are not suitable for return.
Exchange
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied please let us know straight away. Fresh seafoods are highly perishable and are not suitable for return and exchange. But we will always try to work with our customers to ensure satisfaction.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contract us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item ASAP.
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either you home or to your place of work. It is essential that there is someone available to accept the delivery on the day you have chosen. If there isn't then we accept no responsibility for the condition of the goods when they arrive or are collected from the depot.
Because our goods are highly perishable the only available option is next working day service. We send product out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to arrive with you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Bitter experience has shown us not to send goods out on Thursdays for Fridays. If anything goes wrong the carrier can't fix it until Monday; by which time your parcel will be very smelly! In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please check the website for our revised delivery times.
We will attempt to contact you by email and phone if we become aware of an unexpected delay due to say poor weather.
Export restrictions
St Andrews Seafoods normally only sends goods within the UK mainland to areas which can be reached by next day delivery. If however you have a special request please contact us your requirements.
Privacy Notice
We don't share your information with anyone we don't have to. Obviously we have to share some details like your name and address in order for APC to deliver to you. But we don't pass your information to anyone for marketing purposes.
Security
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. St Andrews Seafoods uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.
During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
